• Ability to provide verifiable work history
• Active Alabama General Contractors License for construction services
• Current certificate of insurance
• Financial stability
• Business safety plan/program
• Experience Modification Rating (EMR) 1.0 or less for onsite services
• Agreement to perform drug screening and background investigations prior to onsite work
